We use very fine needles for acupuncture; they are about the size of a human hair.  Typically you should feel no pain when they are inserted.  At most you might feel a slight dull achey sensation or a little pinch that dissipates almost immediately.  I will write more about this in the future.  Thanks for your comment.</description>
